Job description

In support of IMSAf’s ongoing efforts to enhance organisational performance and provide employee development opportunities, the company is pleased to invite applications for a Forward Project & Warranty Data Analyst in the Product Engineering Department.

The incumbent of this role will be responsible to create and maintain the Engineering Parts List (EPL) and Product Description Summary (PDS) using the Isuzu Parts List, Model Specification Matrix (MSM), Product Program Submission (PPS) and Engineering Change Summary (ECS) as reference documents.

Manage all Engineering Change Control activities by analyzing source plant change information and updating the EPL as necessary.

The role also includes conducting the analysis of incoming warranty and product performance data to identify the top product issues, presented in Pareto format, to aid technical teams in product problem resolution.
