Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage production, tooling, materials and safety.
• Organize quality production on forging lines.
• Plan for tooling & material to optimize production.
• Implement & maintain high safety standards.
• Responsible for proper & safe machine setting.
• Monitor discipline, time‑keeping and attendance.
• Assist foreman with daily and monthly planning and production reports.
• Ensure quality production with scrap below 1%.
• Achieve planned delivery dates within 95%.
• Improve productivity by 20%.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read technical drawings.
• Minimum 5 years experience in forging production environment.
• Preference for hot or cold metal pressing experience.
• Technical schooling background: N6 or S4 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven track record in manufacturing and forging (references may be checked).
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
