Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience at a Supervisor/Manager level in fleet management and operations.
• 5 years' experience in management.

Responsibilities

• Effective supervision and control of picking, checking, packing and dispatch functions.
• Adherence to compliance, SOPs and company policies.
• Management of quality and output levels.

Skills

Computer skills on MS Office (Word and Excel)

Financial background- Budget

Strong planning and coordinating skills

Ability to work under pressure / time deadlines
