A skilled and hands‑on Financial Manager is required to oversee the full financial and administrative function of the organisation. The role includes responsibility for monthly management accounts, annual budgeting, year‑end processes, cashflow management, financial controls, and overall governance of financial systems and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting with completed articles and minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar management role.
• Additional CA or CIMA qualification, and/or experience within the agricultural or export environment, will be advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, costing, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team, while supporting operational and production departments.
• High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and sound decision‑making skills.
• Strong understanding of financial legislation and advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential).
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required and travel between business units.
