We are looking for a hands-on Financial Manager to join our team based at our offices in Germiston.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys building systems, taking ownership, and being closely involved in the day-to-day operations of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of day-to-day operational finance
  • Management of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasts
  • Cash flow management and working capital oversight
  • Overseeing accounting records, reconciliations, and controls
  • Supporting commercial decision-making in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Liaising with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders
  • Assisting with regulatory, compliance, and reporting requirements related to fuel exports
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required
Minimum requirements
  • BCom degree (Accounting / Finance or similar)
  • Completed articles (SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA articles or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years completed post article experience.
  • Strong practical, hands-on finance experience.
  • Experience with imports and or exports.
  • Sound commercial acumen and business awareness
  • Comfortable working in a startup / entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
