Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and uphold financial policies and procedures for regulatory compliance and best practices
  • Create and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and regularly update senior management
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of company financial records
  • Manage shareholder expectations and proactively communicate any issues
  • Provide guidance and support to finance team for efficient operations
  • Oversee real estate management, including lease negotiations and store expansions
  • Prepare store viabilities for board presentation
  • Manage risk activities including insurance and forex management
  • Review legal contracts, supplier terms, and SLAs
  • Foster close collaboration with retail operations and supply chain
  • Analyze financial data, offering strategic insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Manage company cash flow, ensuring appropriate allocation and investment
  • Drive continuous improvement of company gross profit
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with overall business objectives
  • Implement financial strategies supporting growth and profitability
Skills & Experience
