Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team in Alberton, Gauteng. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a National Diploma: Financial Information Systems qualification (from a university) is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations in South Africa.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Systems design orientated.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
