Overview

  • Overall Financial Management of the company.
  • Handle daily cash flow management and authorises final payments.
  • Forecasting to run the business daily.
  • Prepare monthly management statements as well as splits between farm and abattoir to senior management and the board.
  • Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis.
  • Prepare loan balances for directors.
  • Liaise with external auditors during annual audit periods and prepare audits.
  • Manage (oversee) submission of ROE, VAT, EMP201, and EMP501 reconciliations.
  • Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure to work closely with IT - up-to-date implementation of security and software updates with IT department.
  • Any growers’ invoices regarding expenses, communicate and sign off journals and invoices.
Qualifications
  • Managed basic human resources functions.
  • Prepared contracts and executed bonus and salary increases yearly, as per Directors orders.
  • Administered monthly payrolls for salaried workers.
  • Handled appointments, contracting, pension management, and pension fund committee liaison and attend meetings.
  • Administered medical aid, employment equity maintenance, and workmen's compensation management.
  • Managed team dynamics and relation queries.
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Monthly journals of salaries and salary bank accounts.
