Job summary

A financial services provider is seeking a Financial Assistant / Invoice Clerk based in Pretoria. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and basic bookkeeping skills. Responsibilities include handling invoicing to clients in multiple currencies, assisting with creditors reconciliations, and managing monthly financial reporting. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Pastel / Sage (Evolution) for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Handling invoicing to clients in multiple currencies.
  • Assisting with creditors reconciliations and allocations.
  • Performing basic bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting in monthly financial reporting and updating asset lists.
