Financial Advisor – Uncapped Earnings

Are you ready to be rewarded for your ambition? We’re seeking experienced Financial Advisors to join a high-performing team in Western and Southern Cape, where talent, drive, and results are truly valued.

This is a hybrid role (work from home and office), and with expansion underway across the Western Cape, we want advisors who feel undervalued to experience what it’s like to be properly rewarded and supported while growing their careers.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: R180,000 – R240,000 per year
• Uncapped Earning Potential:
  • Top performers: R100,000+ commission per month
  • Mid-level advisors: R25,000 – R45,000 per month
  • Junior advisors: R3,000 – R25,000 per month while building a client base

Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand a profitable client portfolio, creating lasting relationships that generate recurring income
• Identify and analyze client needs across budgeting, retirement, investments, insurance, tax, and estate planning, maximizing value and returns
• Develop and deliver personalized strategies that align with client goals while accelerating portfolio growth
• Educate and advise clients on products and opportunities in a transparent, results-driven way
• Proactively monitor portfolios, capturing market opportunities and safeguarding client wealth
• Collaborate with internal specialists (investment, tax, legal) to deliver holistic, high-value solutions
• Stay ahead of the curve by tracking markets, compliance updates, and trends to deliver consistent, superior outcomes

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or similar role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
