They are transitioning part of their finance shared services function from abroad to South Africa and are looking to appoint a permanent Finance Shared Services Manager to lead this change.

What will you be doing:

This is a hands‑on finance operations leadership role, focused on shared services and consulting / project billing.

You will:

• Lead the transition of the finance shared services function from the abroad to South Africa
• Build and manage a local shared services team in South Africa
• Take ownership of AR, AP, consulting billing, commissions and month‑end processes
• Oversee and troubleshoot system integrations between project accounting and ERP systems
• Act as the link between Finance and IT to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
• Improve controls, processes and automation within the shared services environment
• Engage closely with internal stakeholders and international counterparts
