Duties & Responsibilities

• Full financial management of multiple property portfolios.
• Prepare and review monthly management reports and annual financial statements.
• Oversee cash flow management forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Manage budgets, conduct variance analysis and support cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws and all regulatory requirements.
• Partner with senior management to support strategic decision‑making and business initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Qualification and Skills Required

• CA(SA) designation is essential.
• BCom Honours in Accounting/Finance.
• Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles.
• 35 years post‑articles experience ideally within property real‑estate or related sectors.
• Strong technical accounting ability and solid IFRS knowledge.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance.
• Excellent analytical ability, communication skills and leadership capability.
