Job description

What We Look For :

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily financial transactions (membership invoices and receivables), prepare journals, and manage the financial reports and statutory returns.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders as required.
• Manage the finance team and provide day-to-day operational support.

Requirements :

Minimum BCom or equivalent (NQF 7) in Tax, Accounting, or Finance, with 5–10 years' experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance.

Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Experience with Xero accounting software; exposure to external auditors is advantageous.

Competence in governance controls.

Role is primarily office-based (Monday – Thursday, 08 : 00 till 17 : 00; Fridays till 14 : 00) in Pretoria East.
