The successful candidate will work closely with executive management and operations teams to optimise revenue, analyse cost drivers, and support strategic initiatives. Duties

• Partner with operations teams to understand technical projects, network expansions, and infrastructure investments.
• Evaluate the financial viability of CAPEX projects, technology upgrades, and network initiatives.
• Analyse revenue drivers linked to technical services, customer usage, and operational performance.
• Identify cost optimisation opportunities within technical and operational functions.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and management reports using Power BI and other tools.
• Extract and analyse data using SQL to provide insights for decision-making.
• Provide strategic advice and financial analysis to executive management to guide business strategy and investment decisions.

Education and Experience

• Qualified CFA or CIMA
• At least 10 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience as a Finance Business Partner or a senior finance role in a technical / engineering-heavy organisation
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting is preferred
