Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Observe and test the operation of equipment to identify malfunctions using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and other testing devices.
• Maintain, repair, and install commercial kitchen equipment while delivering top‑tier customer service and technical support.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted prior to commencing any repair work.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 + NTC 3
• Minimum 3 years of workshop / technical repair experience
• Experience with assembly, quoting on parts, and installations is beneficial
• Excellent English communication skills (read, write, speak)
• Strong problem‑solving ability and customer relationship skills
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• PC literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
