A leading technology services provider is seeking a Field Service Diesel Technician to diagnose and execute complex repairs on engine products at customer sites. The role includes performing maintenance using diagnostic tools and mentoring junior technicians. Candidates should have a vocational diploma and experience in field service work. Technical specialist and primary customer support contact to diagnose and execute complex repairs to engine products at the customer’s site. We are looking for a talented Field Service Diesel Technician/Mechanic to join our Distribution business in (Elko, NV). We offer sign-on bonus, relocation, competitive pay and benefits!
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
-Federal law requires operators of commercial vehicles to be 21 years of age or older, applicant must be 21 years of age
Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
Locally valid driving permit
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Significant field service work experience
Expert level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
Customer service experience
Experience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians (preferred)
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
