  • Support clients through meetings with empathy and clarity, providing guidance alongside the Director.
  • Manage deceased estates from instruction to finalisation, ensuring all steps are compliant, accurate, and handled with care.
  • Onboard clients and maintain professional communication with beneficiaries, executors, the Master's Office, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review all key documentation including Liquidation and Distribution Accounts, affidavits, receipts, and final asset transfers.
  • Assist with trust administration and ad hoc trust instructions while ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Contribute to improving processes, systems, and documentation to enhance efficiency and client experience.
