External Sales Representative – Cape Town (Remote).

A leading lifestyle and wellness company specialising in premium CBD products, edibles, and infused beverages is expanding its wholesale and retail presence nationwide. To support this growth, the company is seeking ambitious Sales Representatives to drive brand expansion.

This role focuses on developing strong retail partnerships, driving product sales, and growing market share across targeted regions.

Successful candidates will thrive in a target-driven environment and represent a rapidly growing brand in the wellness industry

Salary: R10 000 to R15 000 per month + Commission.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) essential; tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing advantageous
  • 2+ years’ proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or lifestyle products
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently (remote role)
  • Willingness to travel within assigned region

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of company products (drinks, edibles, merchandise, etc.) into retail and wholesale channels
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors
  • Execute sales strategies to expand product presence in key outlets
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to management
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance
  • Represent the brand professionally at events, promotions, and trade activities
