REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle
• Own reliable laptop
• Previous recruitment training or similar an added advantage
• Very strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet)
• Expert on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• English as home language with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant and/or sales experience is essential
• Previously worked in the Pietermaritzburg / Durban area in recruitment and/or sales consulting (preferred)
• Own home office setup

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage new and existing clients
• Reach monthly targets
• Daily cold calling (must love telemarketing)
• Place adverts
• Interview candidates
• Complete reference checks
• Set up interviews and coordinate logistics
• Meet with clients, build and retain client relationships
• Meticulous attention to detail and constant sense of urgency
• Full of confidence, outgoing and bubbly
• Self-motivated, persistent and extremely hardworking
