Enterprise Solution Designer

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Designer to join our team.

As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex IT solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level IT solutions that align with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution implementation, systems integration, or architecture delivery
• Certifications in AIOps tools, Service Now, Azure / AWS, or ITIL are advantageous

Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AIOps platforms, cloud environments, and ITSM tools
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, deployment automation, and service integration (SIAM)
