Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Enterprise Direct capability in a Province, driving Provincial Enterprise Direct value proposition to grow the customer base.

Business Leadership Role

Business Leadership Role :

• Ensure day-to-day Enterprise Direct operations are managed through effective coordination between all value chain functions.
• Lead, motivate and direct sales teams to achieve business objectives.
• Advanced product knowledge including specialized products and financial structures.
• Advanced experience and knowledge in Credit Compliance matters, negotiating skills and conflict handling.

Required Qualifications

First Degree in Business Commerce with a minimum of 8-10 years of proven successful sales track record in the financial services industry.
