Job Summary

The eLearning Developer will design, create, and develop digital learning solutions while supporting instructional designers and technical teams in producing innovative, interactive training experiences. This role requires strong technical capability, creativity, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles to produce high-impact multimedia content, simulations, and eLearning modules. The developer will also maintain documentation, support LMS customization, and ensure learning solutions align with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and coordinate project plans and tasks to deliver eLearning components and courses.
  • Develop advanced eLearning content including simulations, interactive videos, and personalized learning paths.
  • Partner with instructional designers to create or execute storyboards for video, simulations, assessments, and interactive learning.
  • Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles to guide development.
  • Resolve complex technical challenges and provide technical support for digital adoption tools.
  • Create high-impact graphics, 2D/3D illustrations, animations, and interactive components.
  • Design advanced, user-friendly eLearning templates.
  • Develop & Maintain custom sites, webpages, lists, document libraries, workflows, metadata structures, and permissions.
  • Demonstrate mastery of LMS features including campaigns, programs, courses, lessons, and UI customization.
  • Stay current on emerging learning technologies and trends.
  • Analyze business needs and apply eLearning design principles effectively.
  • Maintain documentation and instructions for users.
  • Adhere to company standards, code of conduct, and operational principles.
  • Meet on-site attendance expectations to support interaction with peers and management.
Required Experience
  • Ability to design, build, and support advanced digital learning solutions.
  • Experience developing complex simulations, graphics, animations, multimedia learning assets, and learning templates.
  • Proficiency with eLearning courseware tools and LMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methods and adult learning principles.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and in teams, and absorb technical and procedural information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform core job functions including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking (with or without accommodation).
