Qualifications

• At least a year’s experience in coaching, mentoring, or management.
• Three years of experience in ECD or a closely related sphere.
• Proficiency in languages: English, Venda, Tsonga, Sepedi.

• Recruit SmartStarters and match them effectively.
• Provide start-up training and licensing support.
