Qualifications

• Completion of Matric and a N6 Technician (Electrical/Control and Instrumentation) Trade Test required.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Experience with Schneider and Allen Bradley PLCs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain discipline and adherence to safety standards.
• Inspect plant daily and perform necessary repairs.
• Identify improvements to eliminate downtime.
• Assist in generation of scada reports for production analysis.
• Program and modify PLC and industrial network systems.
