What Youll Do

Lead and motivate teams, building a strong, positive culture.

Oversee warehouse operations, logistics, and fleet management.

Ensure efficient order fulfilment and exceptional customer experiences.

Manage supply chain, stock control, and compliance (including cold chain).

Deliver process improvements, manage KPIs, budgets, and cross-team projects.

What Youll Bring

Bachelors in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

5+ years in operations or e-commerce management.

Fluent in Afrikaans & English .

Proven people leadership and project management skills.

Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma and ERP / WMS systems (advantageous).
