Job summary

A leading labour consultancy in South Africa is seeking a Drop Raise Operator. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience and strong knowledge of mine health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating jobs, and working independently. Certification and a competent A qualification are essential. Applicants should also be familiar with the S36 machine and able to carry out minor repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Drop Raise Operator.
• Ability to read and interpret survey notes.
• Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA).
• Ability for minor repairs and replacements of S36 machine parts.
