• Managing and continuously improving vehicle turnaround times to ensure operational efficiency.
• Safeguarding company assets and resources at all times through vigilant oversight.
• Maintaining clear and timely communication with branches to meet operational requirements.
• Accurately allocating vehicles to appropriate locations and drivers based on business needs.
• Demonstrating strong geographical knowledge of South Africa to support effective dispatch planning.
• Monitoring vehicle locations and driver activities to ensure smooth operations and quick response to changes.
• Proactively identifying and resolving dispatch-related issues and conflicts.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date dispatch records, logs, and supporting documentation.
• Working closely with maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are road-ready and serviceable.
• Upholding compliance with all safety regulations and internal company policies.
