Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the brand's identity positioning and tone of voice across all internal and external platforms.
  • Implement and oversee brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity storytelling and guest experience.
  • Support pre-opening activities by aligning new properties with brand standards and ensuring their integration into the Mantis narrative.
  • Monitor brand performance and sentiment using insights to refine positioning and improve engagement.
  • Lead internal and external communications including media relations, press releases, thought leadership and corporate announcements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global media influencers and partners to expand brand reach and credibility.
  • Oversee crisis communication planning to safeguard the brand's reputation and integrity.
  • Represent Mantis at industry events, media engagements and stakeholder forums.
  • Plan and execute integrated communications campaigns that reinforce Mantis values and drive audience engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to develop storytelling initiatives that showcase the brand's unique experiences and conservation-led purpose.
  • Work with digital marketing and design teams to ensure all online and on-property materials are consistent with brand standards.
  • Oversee content creation for digital platforms, print materials and internal publications.
  • Lead communications around sustainability, community engagement and conservation initiatives under Mantis Impact.
  • Ensure that CSR narratives are authentic, measurable and aligned with the brand's core pillars.
  • Collaborate with operations and development teams to integrate sustainability storytelling across all guest and stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of brand and communication initiatives using engagement, media coverage and sentiment metrics.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, media innovations and competitor activity to maintain Mantis' leadership position in the conservation-led luxury hospitality space.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management or a related field.
  • 10 years experience in brand management, communications or PR preferably within hospitality, luxury or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven track record in building and protecting brand equity across global or multi-property portfolios.
  • Strong media and stakeholder relations experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for sustainability, conservation and community engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration and project management abilities.
