Their Cape Town-based team supports international growth across the EMEA region, offering a collaborative, agile environment where individuals with drive, creativity, and initiative are empowered to shape meaningful change.

The Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across key platforms to drive lead generation and sales enablement for B2B resellers and end users. This role blends hands-on performance marketing, SEO, and website management with campaign reporting, branding, and vendor coordination. You'll play a key role in shaping marketing execution while gaining exposure to international markets and cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, ensuring strong ROAS and efficient CPA
  • Execute on- and off-page SEO strategy, coordinate content localization across six languages, and monitor rankings and technical performance
  • Maintain and enhance WordPress/Elementor websites and partner portals
  • Track key KPIs, analyze performance data, and generate actionable insights
  • Build and manage email campaigns and automation within Microsoft Dynamics
  • Oversee brand asset usage and content (Adobe Suite), coordinate with designers, and manage SharePoint
  • Develop and deliver Statements of Work (SOWs) and Proof of Execution (POE) reports for vendor programs

About You

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B or tech-focused environment
  • Strong technical execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO
  • Skilled in WordPress/Elementor website management
  • Proficiency in CRM and email tools, preferably MS Dynamics and/or Marketo
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
  • High level of English fluency (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile team
  • Ambition to grow into a leadership role

Preferred

  • Agency background or experience managing multiple vendors/clients
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, SharePoint, localization workflows
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and UX/UI (Figma/XD)
  • B2B channel marketing or IT reseller ecosystem experience
