Energy Capital & Poweris seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives across a portfolio of global energy events and media brands. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that drive traffic, boost conversions, and maximize ROI.

Job Description
  • Manage and maintain company and events websites with a strong focus on user experience and performance. Execute A/B testing, usability testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to continuously improve website effectiveness.
  • Drive organic growth through on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Must have hands‑on experience with WordPress and understand SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Set up, manage, and optimise Google Analytics 4 (GA4) accounts and other tracking tools. Monitor user behaviour, campaign performance, and key site metrics to inform decision making.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn. Oversee ad creative, targeting, and funnel strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Allocate, track, and manage digital marketing budgets. Optimize spend to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and increase customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Own and lead the digital marketing strategy across multiple brands and events, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Collaborate with project directors and marketing teams to execute data‑informed campaigns.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate regular performance reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, paid media innovations, and emerging performance marketing tools. Apply insights to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, including SEO, CRO, paid media, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with tools like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint, or SEO/CRO platforms (e.g. HubSpot, SEMrush, CXL).
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimise performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across regions and teams.
