Job summary

A recognized airline company is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include assisting digital marketing initiatives and conducting market research. Candidates should have a Grade 12 qualification, ideally a BCom degree, and exposure to digital marketing practices. Personal attributes desired include professionalism, creativity, and adaptability. Qualifications

  • BCom Degree (Essential).
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communication (Advantageous).
  • Exposure to digital marketing practices such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, content creation, and the use of CMS and analytics tools (Advantageous).

  • Assist with the daily operations of the Gear-up programme.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies;
  • Assist in coordinating day-to-day marketing activities and campaign logistics;
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the marketing team;
  • Develop a working knowledge of the organisation’s products and services to support campaign messaging;
  • Assist with the daily operations of the Gear-up programme and related marketing initiatives.
