Job description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Remote) who will manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across digital channels.

The role involves planning, executing and analysing ad campaigns, ensuring good ROI and delivering measurable results.

As this is a fully remote role, you will be responsible for managing ads with autonomy — working with internal team members (or freelancers) as needed, reporting performance, and continuously optimising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, manage, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads / Meta (Facebook / Instagram) / possibly others depending on our needs).
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to understand their advertising goals (sales, leads, traffic, brand awareness) and translate those into campaign strategies.
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy and creative testing, budget allocation.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance (e.g., ROI, CPA, ROAS, conversion metrics), and use data to adjust and improve campaigns.
  • Provide regular performance reports to clients, along with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain and update campaign documentation and client briefs; ensure ad accounts are organised, compliant, and well‑managed.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital advertising best practices, platform changes, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate (remotely) with any internal team or freelancers (e.g. designers, copywriters) to coordinate creatives, landing pages, or content tied to ad campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 months of practical experience managing paid advertising campaigns (for clients or employer).
  • Demonstrable understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Basic to intermediate experience with campaign analytics, tracking, and reporting.
  • Good communication skills — ability to liaise with clients, understand objectives, present performance and recommendations.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work remotely with minimal supervision, organised, detail‑oriented.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple client campaigns, manage deadlines and budgets.
