Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DMS and recovery or separation technology, including 3 years at a senior management level.
• Strong knowledge of diamond plants, DMS, and recovery circuits.
• Clear criminal record (security/police clearance required).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate artisans to meet maintenance and safety targets.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Maintain asset registers and optimise maintenance schedules.
