Program Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own, update and maintain the promotional calendar for TakealotMORE initiatives.
  • Brief and manage operations for various campaigns.
  • Liaise with partner marketing teams for joint campaigns.
  • Conceptualise and implement ongoing promotional marketing campaigns to drive adoption and retention for TakealotMORE.
  • Work with the merchandising team to improve customer conversion within the TakealotMORE customer journey.
  • Drive new feature launches and create sustained always‑on educational content.
  • Collaborate with brand, social media and CRM teams on content planning, paid influencer partnerships and performance media strategies.
  • Report monthly, weekly and daily campaign performance.
  • Act as key contact for day‑to‑day coordination with internal teams.
  • Perform competitor reviews and relay findings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Design or a related field; proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity in developing content, ideas and marketing concepts.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media channels, Google Analytics, email marketing).
  • Collaborative mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Analytical skills – ability to interpret consumer insights and data.
  • Good organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.
