Tile Africa is looking for a Sales Consultant who is passionate about people, design and who is sales driven, they will be based in Tile Africa Greenstone.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet and / or exceed weekly and monthly sales and contribution targets;
• Ensure cross, up and add selling with every transaction;
• Provide and deliver exceptional customer service;
• Identify customer needs / requirements and advise accordingly;
• Provide professional and sound product and application expertise to customers;
• Consistently deliver on all commitments made to customers;
• Assist with any duties elsewhere within branch as operationally required;
• Adhere to housekeeping standards applicable to sales floor / sales activities;
• Conform to all health and safety procedures and standards;
