A leading software company in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of customer-facing digital initiatives. The role demands ownership of web and mobile app delivery, requiring expertise in Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of experience, be adept at managing diverse stakeholder groups, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Delivery Manager in our Digital Delivery team, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex, customer-facing digital initiatives across websites and mobile applications. You will act as a key delivery partner to our customers, working closely with their Project Managers, Programme Leads, QA leads, and business stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and predictable outcomes.
You will bring structure and momentum to delivery by maintaining high-quality documentation, proposing and embedding effective delivery processes, and ensuring strong alignment across internal Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery teams. This role also includes mentoring junior Project Managers as they grow into Delivery Manager roles.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Delivery, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, representing Digital Delivery confidently in customer and senior stakeholder forums.
