Qualifications

  • Software development experience in Java programming.
  • System integration knowledge is required.
  • Cloud experience on AWS.

Experience

Minimum:

  • At least 3 years Development Team Lead experience leading a technical team (Test Analyst, System Analysis, System Developers and Configuration Analyst)
  • 3-5 years CRM (Salesforce/nCino) experience
  • Experience in progressive database or software development roles
  • At least 3 years Salesforce Development Experience
  • Software development experience in Java programming
  • System integration knowledge is required.
  • System/Business analysis and design exposure
  • Database Experience
  • Cloud experience on AWS
  • Manage Systems Delivery and Operations (DevOps)
  • CICD tool exposure
  • Project Management principles and methodologies
  • In an environment which required validating work
  • Stakeholder relationship engagement and management
  • Responsibility for delivery in a fast moving environment
  • Banking/Retail industry (Credit)
  • Implementation and maintenance of financial and contact centre systems and procedures
  • Project Management principles and methodologies
