Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue client invoices and monitor billing accuracy.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and manage Withholding Tax certificates.
  • Capture and allocate incoming payments accurately.
  • Compile weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports with commentary.
  • Perform complex debtor reconciliations and support audits and compliance checks.

Join our Finance team in Cape Town as a Debtors Clerk and play a key role in ensuring smooth cash flow and accurate billing for some of the world’s biggest brands. You’ll be part of our Functions division, the backbone of Kantar, supporting the business to operate efficiently and effectively every day. In this role, you’ll manage the full debtors function, from invoicing and collections to reconciliations and reporting, helping us maintain strong financial processes and client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
