After strong traction across Europe, the UK, and North America, we’re expanding our global operations - and we’re looking for a talented Customer Success Executive based in South Africa to support our fast-growing international client base.

Role Overview: Customer Success Executive

We’re looking for a driven, organised, and relationship-focused Customer Success Executive to support our expanding roster of global brands, agencies, and athletes.

In this role, you’ll ensure clients get maximum value from the Sport Endorse platform - from onboarding and campaign setup to performance tracking and long-term retention. You’ll work closely with the Growth, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver seamless experiences, renew contracts, and identify opportunities for upsell and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships post-sale - ensuring every brand, agency, or athlete receives exceptional support and measurable results.
  • Lead onboarding and activation, guiding clients through setup, platform usage, and best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts מכל? Actually: including renewals, upgrades, and cross‑sells.
  • Act as the client’s voice internally, feeding insights to product and leadership teams to improve platform features and processes.
  • Support athlete relationship management, ensuring talent delivers high‑quality collaborations and meets campaign objectives.
  • Stay informed about sports marketing, influencer trends, and emerging digital partnership opportunities in the global markets.

Required Qualifications
  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, or client services (preferably in SaaS, marketing, or talent/influencer platforms).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver high‑quality service.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Data‑driven mindset - comfortable using CRM[from? Actually: tools, analytics dashboards, or project management systems.
  • Passion for sports, marketing, and digital media, with a desire to work in a fast‑moving growth environment.
  • Self‑starter who’s proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
