• Take ownership of high profile, escalated cases from beginning to resolution
• Manage work orders within business SLA's

• Share knowledge and skills with team members
• Communicate relevant information to colleagues, customers, and managers
• Develop and maintain current knowledge of the campaign
• Ensure first contact resolution at all times
• Protect information security and highlight issues using correct processes
• Provide excellent customer experiences at all times
• Verify and update customer information
• Proactively offer solutions to customer issues or concerns
