CS Sales Manager

Overview

Our client, a plant equipment manufacturer in Honeydew, is looking to employ a CS Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand customer needs.
• Develop segment‑specific customers.
• Observe market trends in your cluster (e.g., competitive and customer landscape).
• Manage customer relationships with a focus on CS topics, together with the team.
• Drive sales in the non‑food business of chain conveyors and components.
• Initiate quotation process for CS offerings.
• Generate sales leads for equipment/plant business.
• Support ASM in specific business areas.
• Use and maintain the dedicated data set in CRM.
• Develop CS business within the BU to reach the budget.

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Former plant, maintenance, or operations manager background.
• Basic Mechanical or Industrial Engineering education.
• Fundamentals of business administration and marketing knowledge.
• Technical knowledge on customer processes and overall transformation operations.
• Knowledge of sales and service in process engineering operations.
• Knowledge of mining or energy sector.

Tools & Business Knowledge

• MS Office and internal software such as Intranet, B-World, SAP Quotation, CRM, etc.
• Knowledge of major value drivers of customer P&L and ability to explain ROI impacts of company services.
