Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control cross-border road freight movements from origin to destination.
• Liaise with transporters, clearing agents, border posts, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare, verify, and manage customs documentation.
• Track shipments and provide proactive updates to clients.
• Ensure compliance with cross-border regulations, customs requirements, and company SOPs.
