About the role

Dive into the heart of innovative marketing at Reckitt as our next Data Driven Marketing and Media Specialist / Lead. Your expertise will be the compass that guides our marketing efforts, turning data into compelling stories and smart, strategic campaigns. If you have a passion for transforming insights into action and watching your ideas elevate our brand performance, the role is focused on driving traffic acquisition growth (quantity and quality) across websites and other relevant conversion points, e.g marketplace, improving search rankings and achieving key business goals through search, to ensure Reckitt brands win in their respective categories against competitors, with specific emphasis placed on OTC brands.

Responsibilities
  • SEO Strategy and Implementation: Developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, link building, and content marketing.
  • SEM Campaign Management: Managing and optimizing paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Budget Management: Managing search marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring ROI.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring and analysing search engine performance data, identifying trends, and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Working with other teams (e.g., marketing, web development) to align search strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Staying updated on the latest SEO and SEM trends, best practices and innovations.
  • AI Search Results: Tracking visibility in AI Search Results and implementing strategies to gain brand visibility and mentions, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) to further drive AI Search Results visibility ahead of competitors.
Experience we’re looking for

Education & experience: Degree in Marketing or a related field and a minimum of 3‑4 years of experience in paid search or digital marketing.
