Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Creditors Clerk for a well-established transportation organization in Johannesburg. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in creditors administration and must be proficient in Pastel Partner and Microsoft Excel. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge in the automotive parts or transportation industry is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in full debtors and creditors function on Excel and Pastel Partner.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar administrative role.
• Experience in Automotive parts or transportation industry is advantageous.

About the job Creditors Clerk / Accounts Payable

Our client a well established transportation organisation is seeking the services of a Creditors Clerk for Fourways / Roodepoort , Johannesburg area.

Successful candidate will be responsible for Creditors and general administrative duties.

WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO ARE PROFICIENT IN PASTEL AND EXCEL.

Min Requirements

• Grade 12
• Must have Pastel Partner knowledge and working experience. NON NEGOTIABLE
• Must have Microsoft Excel qualification or working experience. Experience must inlcude Formulas Add, subract ,multiply, divide, SUM. (We will test you)
• Working experience in full debtors and creditors function on excel and pastel partner.
• Must have own transport
• Creditors Experience is non negotiable.
• Min of 5 years experience in same or similar admin role.
• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work with accuracy
• Must be able to work under pressure and at a very fast pace.
• Experience in Automotive parts, manufacturing, motor or transportation industry will be advantageous.
