About the Role

We're seeking a proactive Course Assistant to join our team and help deliver an exceptional learning experience for our social media growth course community. This is a part-time remote opportunity for someone who thrives on helping others succeed and excels at keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Management: Monitor and respond to all client queries and discussions within our Skool community platform
  • Client Support: Provide timely, helpful, and professional responses to social media and course-related questions
  • Content Assistance: Help answer questions about social media strategies, growth tactics, and platform-specific advice
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle course admin tasks, enrollment processes, and maintain organized systems
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate client needs and address potential issues before they become problems
  • Communication: Maintain professional, friendly, and solution-focused communication across all touchpoints
