Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a similar field
- 5 years of work experience in leadership or management roles
- A general knowledge base of crypto, fintech or the financial service industry
- Outstanding leadership and general management skills

Responsibilities
- Ensure the company's goals and objectives align with the local market conditions, customer needs, and regulatory environment. This includes conducting market analysis, advising on customer acquisition and product expansion, developing and executing the operational strategy for the market.
- Establish strong banking and payment service provider (PSP) networks, including; undertaking bank account applications with reputable banks and acquiring PSPs for integration with the company; structuring bank accounts and PSP usage for loadshading and backup needs; and maintaining business relationships with the banks and payment service providers.
- Contribute to the company's revenue by acquiring high-value commercial clients for B2B and commercial transactions; supporting these clients through the onboarding process and maintaining cordial business relationships with the clients and other high-value clients as may be assigned occasionally, within the market.
- Collaborate with the legal team to actively engage and lobby for regulations and licencing within the market. Maintain professional relationships with regulators and relevant government agencies.
- Oversee daily business operations in the market and ensure seamless operation.
- Conduct quarterly app testing and continuously monitor app performance to identify malfunctions and bugs that require immediate fixes to prevent financial losses.
- Identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise in the market and report to the VP of operations and other relevant parties.
- Set and monitor the operational budget, revenue, and expenses for the country.
- Develop effective marketing and sales strategies as well as increase brand recognition.
- Advise on events or promotional activities for commercial clients and retail customer acquisition in the country.
- Undertake community service programs as may be approved by the business.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, relevant government authorities, business associations and the media, representing the company and acting as the face of the brand.
- Collaborate and support the other functions within the market.
- Manage cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Encourage a positive company culture by organizing regular meetups and team bonding events.
