Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the premium food and beverage sector, specializing in both private label and their own established brands. With a dynamic and growth‑oriented approach, they foster an environment where financial expertise directly contributes to enhanced profitability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial variances, including raw material, packaging, production, labour, transport, margin, and overheads.
  • Develop and implement cost‑saving initiatives to enhance overall financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conduct profitability analysis and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Establish and refine methods for measuring and tracking productivity, identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Support financial management in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting (weekly, monthly, and as required).
  • Process and authorize journals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform month‑end reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with operational teams on inventory control, including physical counts, variance investigations, and issue resolution.
  • Provide essential input for stock management, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), costings, variance analysis, and obsolescence.
  • Maintain financial transaction records and post modular transactions.
  • Support financial management in ensuring compliance with all internal and external financial processes and good practice strategies, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
