Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic operations and finance leader to partner closely with the founder and drive organizational growth. This dual role will oversee operational efficiency, financial planning, and long-term business strategy, ensuring the company scales effectively while maintaining financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational systems and processes to support scaling.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Oversee bookkeeping and collaborate with external CPA to ensure compliance.
  • Identify process improvements and manage end-to-end implementation.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the founder on both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
