Job Description
Seeking a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Specialist to own conversion performance across our client portfolio. You'll identify conversion barriers, design high-impact experiments, and systematically improve funnel performance from landing page to final conversion.
Working at the intersection of data and psychology, you'll diagnose underperforming assets, build testing roadmaps, and implement winning variations that directly impact revenue. This outcome-driven role demands analytical rigor, structured experimentation, and a relentless focus on measurable improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own conversion rate KPIs across multiple clients. Diagnose drops, identify opportunities, and drive measurable improvements
- Conduct systematic funnel audits using analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify friction points and conversion barriers
- Design and execute A/B tests on landing pages, forms, CTAs, copy, and user flows with clear hypotheses and statistical rigor
- Build testing roadmaps prioritized by impact and implementation effort. Maintain a strategic queue of experiments
- Analyze user behavior data to generate actionable insights and test hypotheses across the full customer journey
- Implement conversion best practices including persuasion principles, friction reduction, and trust signals
- Maintain a CRO testing log with hypotheses, results, learnings, and scaling recommendations
- Deliver weekly reports translating data into clear strategic insights for clients and internal teams
- Build and update the CRO Playbook with proven tactics, benchmarks, and reusable templates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Media Buying, Creative, and DevOps to optimize every touchpoint
- Stay current on CRO trends and bring fresh testing approaches to client programs
Requirements
- Proven CRO or conversion optimization experience (2+ years) Background in digital marketing, UX, analytics, or performance marketing
- Strong analytical capabilities. Comfort with Google Analytics, statistical significance, and interpreting quantitative data
- Structured experimentation methodology. Design tests with clear hypotheses, proper controls, and valid statistical approaches
- Familiarity with CRO and analytics tools. Experience with GoHighLevel, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Understanding of persuasion principles. Knowledge of conversion psychology and user motivation drivers
- Multi-account management ability. Maintain focus and momentum across multiple client programs simultaneously
- Meticulous documentation habits . Track every test, log results, and build reusable knowledge assets
- Cross-functional collaboration skills. Work effectively with creative, technical, and strategy teams
- AI-fluent and prompt-savvy. Leverage AI tools to generate hypotheses, analyze patterns, and scale insights efficiently
- Offer and structure and pricing optimization experience. Testing pricing models, payment plans, guarantees, and value propositions
