The Role: Social Media & Content Manager

This is a hands‑on, creative execution role ideal for an early to mid‑career marketer who thrives on content creation, campaign management, and delivering results. You’ll take charge of the full content and digital marketing lifecycle to drive lead generation for two residential properties in the UK.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and collaborate with creative partners to bring ideas to life across platforms, from Instagram Reels to Airbnb listings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 2 years experience in content marketing or digital campaign management
  • Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email newsletters
  • Build and maintain a dynamic content calendar aligned to events, launches, and campaigns
  • Design simple visual assets and marketing materials using Canva or similar
  • Manage OTA listings (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia) to ensure high‑quality, conversion‑focused content
  • Plan and oversee content shoots in collaboration with photographers and videographers
  • Launch and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta, Google); manage agency support if needed
  • Support SEO efforts through basic keyword research and blog content
  • Track and report lead generation metrics (clicks, enquiries, form fills)
  • Maintain updated decks, brand assets, and templates
About You
  • 2+ years experience in marketing, content, or campaign execution
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and digital content best practices
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp or HubSpot, and Canva
  • Great visual storytelling and copywriting skills
  • Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Self‑starter comfortable working remotely and managing UK‑based hours (8 am - 5 pm)
  • Confident juggling multiple tasks, platforms, and stakeholders
